The cost of the virtual visit is calculated on a sliding scale, depending on your resources. Typically the cost ranges from $100-$400/hour.

Middle East Outreach Council Barbara is currently president of this nationwide outreach consortium. MEOC is a vibrant community of educators and outreach professionals who produce and share high-quality and innovative curriculum on the Middle East, as well as opportunities for study tours, an active forum, an open copyright gallery of images, and much more.

Oneblue Barbara is Executive Director of oneblue, a nonprofit organization seeking to solve conflict through new media and to provide new perspectives on global issues. Through oneblue, Barbara frequently gives professional development workshops around the country on topics related to the Middle East, Islam and Muslims, and global education.

TeachMideast Barbara spearheaded the creation of this educational website resource when she worked at the Middle East Policy Council. It brings together many teaching resources on the region, including the resources from NITLE’s terrific Arab Culture and Civilization site.

Women’s Voices in the Modern Middle East Barbara authored this multimedia curriculum on women in the Middle East for Primary Source, a nonprofit global education organization. She works with Primary Source frequently to help produce study tours, curriculum, webinars, and online resources—look for an online course on India coming soon, as well as a recurring course on Islamic Art!

Our Shared Past in the Mediterranean Barbara wrote the early modern module of this new curriculum sponsored by the Social Science Research Council and the British Council and coordinated by the Ali Vural Ak Center for Global Islamic Studies at George Mason University.
